Event Policies and Conditions

Non-Refundable and Transfer Policy

Paid registration is considered a final sale and is strictly non-refundable. However, the registration slot is fully transferable to another individual or substitute participant.

The substitute participant must present the identification credentials and the original QR code assigned to the named registrant during the event.

Expressions reserves the right to forfeit the participant's right to a new slot on any date if they fail to show or attend on the registered event date. However, the participant may still claim the product kit from the designated store.

Event Postponement Policy

Expressions and/or Waltermart reserve the right to reschedule the event under the following conditions:

Force Majeure Events - This includes Acts of God, government restrictions, public health and safety concerns, transport strikes, and other causes beyond reasonable control.
Low Registration - If minimum capacity requirements for the event are not met.
Venue Availability - Unforeseen mall operational closures, technical failures, or logistical issues at the designated venue.

Expressions and/or Waltermart will provide updates via e-mail, SMS, and website announcement according to the following timeline:

Notice of Postponement - 7 days before the original event date.
Notice of New Schedule - 7 days before the rescheduled event date.

The Crafternoon Kit is bundled with the Workshop, which is not covered by Prime Commodities Schedule; therefore, it is not subject to or eligible for government-mandated discounts including but not limited to Persons with Disability (PWD) and Senior Citizen discounts.
